Frontline Leader - Shipping; 2nd Shift

Responsibilities

• Production team leaders can be found on‑site offering leadership skills and coaching to team members for activities such as manufacturing, processing parts, operating machines, packaging products, unloading, and more!
• Instruct your teams on the proper use of safety equipment and emergency procedures when they are necessary during the production process.
• Responsible for meeting quality assurance standards as set by industry programs, such as ISO and Six Sigma.
• Responsible for maintaining regular communication with cross‑functional departments, such as distribution and engineering, to plan and execute production goals efficiently.
• Encourage team effort and supportive attitudes between team members.
• Become a trained problem solver to continuously improve processes and help develop team members to become problem solvers.

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two (2) years’ experience in the process area you will be supporting with working knowledge of area processes and job content.
• In addition, you ideally bring a high level of responsibility around the safety and quality of your team as it reflects on your ability to lead. We will provide training and support to help you succeed.
