The company has built an excellent reputation within its industry, and due to continued success, it has exciting expansion plans to double the size of the facility. It is now looking to add to its quality team.
This role would suit a Quality Engineer, Quality Inspector or Quality Technician from a machining, job shop, or development manufacturing environment with strong first‑article inspection and dimensional inspection experience.
The Role- Perform first article inspections (FAI) and dimensional inspections on precision‑machined components.
- Create and process FAIR data packages and inspection documentation.
- Generate NCR reports and identify quality defects.
- Review inspection reports, contracts, and outgoing shipments to ensure compliance.
- Use precision measuring equipment and calibrated gauges to inspect parts.
- Monday–Friday, 1st shift with flexible start times.
- Quality Engineering, Quality Inspection, or Quality Technician background.
- Strong first article inspection (FAI) and NCR reporting experience.
- Experience with in machining, manufacturing, job shop, or development manufacturing environments.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Aerospace, Defense, Automotive, or other precision manufacturing industry experience.
- Experience using precision measurement equipment and gauges.
- Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder.
