Manufacturing Associate – IMMEDIATE HIRING! Location
Eastern Indianapolis
Shifts Available2nd & 3rd Shift (Training on 1st Shift)
Job DescriptionThis role involves various duties including operating industrial machines, repetitive lifting, loading/unloading, using hand tools, and other general labor tasks in a high-volume production environment.
Responsibilities- Operate industrial machinery
- Use basic hand tools
- Use quality instruments, such as calipers and other measuring tools
- Perform repetitive manual lifting, pushing, and moving of materials
- Withstand hot work environment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following 5S and housekeeping standards
- Work overtime as needed, including 2‑to‑4‑hour extensions at the end of shifts and occasional Saturdays with advance notice
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Consistent work history with 1 or more years per job, demonstrating reliability and commitment
- Ability to withstand a hot work environment while maintaining focus on safety and quality
- Ability to stand on your feet for 8 to 12 hours at a time and perform repetitive tasks
- Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn
- Capability to perform repetitive manual lifting and pushing of materials safely
- 2nd shift: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, with potential overtime extending shifts by 2 to 4 hours
- 3rd shift: 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with potential overtime extending shifts by 2 to 4 hours
$21/hr to $23/hr
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.
