Manufacturing Associate – IMMEDIATE HIRING! Location

Eastern Indianapolis

2nd & 3rd Shift (Training on 1st Shift)

This role involves various duties including operating industrial machines, repetitive lifting, loading/unloading, using hand tools, and other general labor tasks in a high-volume production environment.

• Operate industrial machinery
• Use basic hand tools
• Use quality instruments, such as calipers and other measuring tools
• Perform repetitive manual lifting, pushing, and moving of materials
• Withstand hot work environment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, following 5S and housekeeping standards
• Work overtime as needed, including 2‑to‑4‑hour extensions at the end of shifts and occasional Saturdays with advance notice

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Consistent work history with 1 or more years per job, demonstrating reliability and commitment
• Ability to withstand a hot work environment while maintaining focus on safety and quality
• Ability to stand on your feet for 8 to 12 hours at a time and perform repetitive tasks
• Basic mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn
• Capability to perform repetitive manual lifting and pushing of materials safely

• 2nd shift: 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, with potential overtime extending shifts by 2 to 4 hours
• 3rd shift: 10:30 PM to 7:00 AM, with potential overtime extending shifts by 2 to 4 hours

$21/hr to $23/hr

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $23.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Indianapolis, IN.
