1st Shift Production Associate – Manufacturing Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $ 16.10 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift (Monday through Thursday from 06:30am to 04:30pm)
- Load, unload, and move parts through coating and production processes
- Prepare surfaces and assist with masking, hanging, or racking materials
- Monitor equipment and ensure products meet quality standards
- Perform general cleanup and maintain work areas in a high-residue environment
- Follow safety procedures while working around coatings, chemicals, and machinery
1st Shift Production Associate – Manufacturing
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to work in a dirty, fast-paced, and physically demanding environment
- Must be able to lift, stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Comfortable working around coatings, chemicals, and industrial equipment
- Must be fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
