Mondelēz International in Indianapolis, Indiana is seeking a motivated individual to operate and maintain equipment within our manufacturing facility. Your role will involve ensuring the safety, quality, and efficiency of our production processes while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices.
This position requires a flexible night shift from 6:00pm to 6:00am. Successful candidates will be team-oriented, skilled in communication, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Additionally, you'll need to demonstrate excellent organizational skills and the ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
We offer competitive pay starting at $23.09/hr along with attractive benefits including health insurance and an annual incentive program.
