Position Purpose
Responsible for producing products using a variety of equipment to combine raw materials into finished goods while performing quality control testing, creating technical reports on the specifications and outcomes of tests, products and processes.
Essential Functions and Basic Duties- Check production records to ensure all required information is provided.
- Print product labels as instructed.
- Check product labels for accuracy against the batch ticket.
- Participate in Research and Development as needed.
- Participate in the manufacturing of batches.
- Participate in the Quality Control testing of batches as required.
- Operate an automated blending system to mix ingredients according to the batch ticket.
- Monitor machinery to ensure that it is operating properly.
- Complete paperwork detailing the ingredients used in each blend and other characteristics.
- Observe machinery operation to identify potential problems that may require repair.
- Mix ingredients together using machinery such as blenders, mixers, or other equipment used in the chemical manufacturing industry.
- Clean equipment between uses to maintain sanitation standards in the workplace.
- Act responsibly at all times to insure the health, safety, and well-being of self, coworkers, visitors, neighbors, and property, including compliance with all RCC safety policies and procedures and government regulations.
- Consistently meet or exceed standards assigned within the Functional Training Document (FTD) program.
- Perform any other tasks deemed necessary.

- High school diploma or equivalent work experience in a chemical manufacturing work environment.
- Understanding of chemical processes, mechanics, and basic computer skills.
- Proficiency in English for speaking, writing, and conducting business.
- Good eyesight to read business documents and appropriately fill out Quality System Records and Forms.
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal work instructions and quality system procedures without direct and constant supervision after initial training.
- Capacity to accommodate and implement changes in work tasks and quality system changes when required.
- Strong organizational skills, meeting deadlines, working independently and with the team, with strong follow‑through, accurate work, and attention to detail.
