PROMAN Staffing has partnered with a well-known manufacturer company that produces games in Tipton, Indiana. We are now hiring assembly operators with 1-year experience in manufacturing, who is a team player, versatile, and dependable!

Hourly wage: $14.00 - $15.00 hourly

Shift/

Hours:

6:30 AM-5 pm, or 5pm
-3:30 am Monday
- Thursday

Qualifications:

• Experience operating Die Cutters manufacturing setting (Optional).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills.
• Set up and operate lathe machines to manufacture print rollers.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings.
• Monitor machining operations to ensure accuracy and quality standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of lathe machines.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
