Trident Consulting is seeking a "Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technician" for one of our clients in Indianapolis, IN. A global leader in business and technology services.
RoleAseptic Filling Technician / Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technician
LocationIndianapolis, IN
Pay$27–$30/hr on w2
Shift1st Shift (Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM)
Must-Have Skills- 3–5+ years of aseptic filling experience in a cGMP pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
- Isolator experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of GMP compliance, aseptic processing, equipment cleaning, setup, and assembly.
- Experience with cleanroom operations, filling, capping, component preparation, and sanitization.
- Ability to follow batch records, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation.
- Perform aseptic filling operations in a GMP cleanroom.
- Setup, sanitize, and operate filling equipment.
- Verify equipment calibration and maintain production readiness.
- Support component preparation, filling, capping, and packaging activities.
- Train new team members and provide floor support when needed.
- Handle hazardous chemical disposal and maintain compliance with GMP standards.
- Experience with stopper preparation, capping, and packaging.
- Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) knowledge.
- Leadership or mentoring experience.
