Manufacturing Line Lead
Take the next step in your manufacturing career. We are seeking a motivated Manufacturing Line Lead to support daily production operations, lead team members, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are consistently met. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where you will play a key part in driving production success.
Pay & Shifts1st Shift: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | $20/hr Weekend Shift: Saturday–Sunday | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM | $20/hr
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate production line employees to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Monitor production performance, output, scrap, and downtime; escalate issues as needed
- Assist with line setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting equipment or process issues
- Train and mentor employees on procedures, safety practices, and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMPs, and food safety requirements
- Communicate daily production goals and expectations to the team
- Coordinate staffing and workflow to meet production schedules
- Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve production issues
- Maintain accurate production records and reports
- Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Promote teamwork and a positive, respectful work environment
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2–5 years of experience in manufacturing or production environments
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong understanding of production workflows and manufacturing processes
- Bilingual in Spanish and English required
- Leadership and team coordination
- Strong communication skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to safety and quality standards
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment including noise, machinery, and varying temperatures
