Schedule:
Mon-Thurs, 6:30 AM- 3:00 PM (32-Hour Work Week + Fridays as Needed) Direct Hire

What You'll Do As the Plant Superintendent, you'll oversee daily manufacturing operations and ensure production goals are achieved safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Responsibilities include:
- Review production orders and inventory to establish manufacturing priorities.
- Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand.
- Assign employees based on production needs and workflow.
- Maximize the efficient use of labor, materials, and equipment.
- Monitor machinery and equipment to ensure safe, reliable operation.
- Adjust production schedules to address equipment downtime or operational challenges.
- Partner with engineering to improve equipment performance, productivity, and product quality.
- Analyze production data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Foster a safe, productive, and team-oriented work environment.
What We're Looking For Previous manufacturing leadership or plant supervision experience. Strong production planning and scheduling experience. Ability to lead, coach, and motivate production teams. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong communication and organizational abilities. Experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment. Mechanical aptitude and a continuous improvement mindset are a plus.
Schedule Monday-Thursday: 32-hour work week Fridays:
As needed (expect approximately half of the Fridays throughout the year)
