Machine Operator

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking Machine Operators to join their team. You will be part of the manufacturing department supporting various production lines. The ideal candidate will have strong multitasking skills, flexibility, and a dedicated work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title:
Machine Operator

Location: Crothersville, IN

Pay Range: $18

Shift: 5pm - 5am, Monday through Friday
MUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN ON 1ST SHIFT

What's the Job?

• Train on various manufacturing processes including machine operation, quality inspections, loading and unloading of production machines
• Operate different machines in a steady to fast-paced environment
• Load and unload lightweight automotive parts with precision
• Perform minor paperwork/computer for counts and quality checks
• Support multiple areas as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

What's Needed?

• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to multitask effectively and handle repetitive tasks
• Willingness to work mandatory overtime and long shifts
• Ability to pass drug screening and background checks
