Production QC/QA, Assembly, Material Handler
Job Title:
Kit Builder
Responsible for assembling and packaging product kits in a high-volume production environment. This role uses computer‑guided systems to pick, pack, and label orders accurately while following standard procedures.
Responsibilities- Pick items and pack kits using a computer‑guided system
- Label completed boxes and place on conveyors for processing
- Verify order accuracy at packing stations
- Assemble small or custom kits by hand
- Maintain accuracy, quality, and production pace
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 12‑hour shifts)
- Experience in fast‑paced production or warehouse environments
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (team lift for heavier items)
- Strong attention to detail
- Packing or assembly experience preferred
- Basic computer skills

Work EnvironmentClean, organized, temperature‑controlled facility with a mix of standing and seated tasks. Rotating shifts may include overnight hours and scheduled breaks.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
