Job Title:

Kit Builder

Responsible for assembling and packaging product kits in a high-volume production environment. This role uses computer‑guided systems to pick, pack, and label orders accurately while following standard procedures.

• Pick items and pack kits using a computer‑guided system
• Label completed boxes and place on conveyors for processing
• Verify order accuracy at packing stations
• Assemble small or custom kits by hand
• Maintain accuracy, quality, and production pace

• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 12‑hour shifts)
• Experience in fast‑paced production or warehouse environments
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs (team lift for heavier items)

• Strong attention to detail
• Packing or assembly experience preferred
• Basic computer skills

Clean, organized, temperature‑controlled facility with a mix of standing and seated tasks. Rotating shifts may include overnight hours and scheduled breaks.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN.

The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Indianapolis, IN.
