Plant Manager
- Wastwater Details:

• Direct hire position
• $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 / annually
• First shift (Monday through Friday)

• Oversee daily plant operations while ensuring a safe, productive work environment.
• Coordinate plant personnel, equipment, and workflow to meet operational goals.
• Monitor production, quality, and maintenance activities to maximize efficiency.
• Lead and support employees through coaching, training, and daily direction.
• Maintain compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications:

• Wastewater Operator Certification
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing, industrial, plant, or environmental services setting.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot operational challenges.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable, safety-focused, and eager to learn and grow within the organization.
