Job Title: Molding Operator
Shift: 7:00pm–7:30am on scheduled work nights
Location: Edinburgh, IN 46124, USA

Responsibilities- Obtain empty cartons from conveyor or other sources.
- Products are stack or tumble packed and inspected based upon customer specifications and requirements.
- Grind all clean scrap and rejected caps generated by the machines for which they are responsible.
- Ability to read effectively while performing job duties, as well as in determining whether the product meets quality standards.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced working environment and under pressure.
- Must be able to perceive and accurately identify differences in colors and shadings.
- Detail Oriented—capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well.
- Dedicated—devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity.
- Flexibility—Inspired to perform well when granted the ability to set your own schedule and goals.
