Pay Range: $18- $20.50 - depending on position

• Operate machinery safely and efficiently to meet production goals
• Inspect aluminum parts for quality, hardness, and temper
• Package and load materials according to customer specifications
• Set up and run cutting and deburring equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and keep work area clean (5S)
• Document production data and follow standard procedures
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with team members and provide support to other departments as needed
• Provide support to the extrusion department through packing, trailer loading, material handling and aging; provide support to the press cell when needed

• High school diploma or equivalent degree.
• Punctual attendance record
• 2+ years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to recognize safety concerns and utilize proper inspection equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
