Job Description
As a Production Associate, this role is responsible for the general operations and preparation of orders to be processed by Screen Print Operators. The Production Associate responds to work orders, sets up, troubleshoots missing items, and performs direct physical activity to complete preparation of work orders in a timely manner while meeting the customer's quality specifications.

Work HoursMonday – Friday; 3:00pm - 11:30pm Mandatory overtime, which may include some Saturdays and Sundays.
How You Will Make an ImpactThe Production Associate supports the preparation of orders for Screen Print Operators, ensuring all specifications and quality standards are met within the required timeframe.
What You Will Do- Responsible for receiving the work orders, observing specifications, and preparing and staging garments for Screen Print Operators.
- Accurately count and document proper sizes and colors of garments, ensuring all items are present before staging.
- Report all mechanical issues to the supervisor immediately.
- Ensure the work area is cleaned during the shift and before shift ends, including sweeping, leaving the workstation organized, and emptying trash.
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain precision.
- Quick learner, detail-oriented, accurate, personable, team‑oriented, and punctual with excellent attendance.
- Ability to differentiate and coordinate colors.
High School Diploma.
Physical RequirementsRegular standing for long periods, repetitive body movement, lifting 15–50 lbs. on a regular basis, and tolerance for working in a non‑climate‑controlled environment.
