A well-established, growth-oriented manufacturing company with a strong, values-driven culture is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead day-to-day operations at a high-volume production facility. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, developing people, and fostering an engaged, accountable, and collaborative workplace that supports both business results and long-term growth.
- Experience in a fast-paced food or beverage industry highly preferred

- Provide overall leadership and direction for plant operations, including production, quality, maintenance, safety, and administrative functions
- Champion a positive, performance-oriented culture built on accountability, respect, teamwork, and continuous improvement
- Lead strategic planning activities, including annual operating plans, budgets, and capital investment initiatives with ROI accountability
- Drive cost control, operational efficiency, profitability, and value creation initiatives
- Oversee plant operations to consistently meet customer demand, service expectations, and future growth objectives
- Mentor, develop, and inspire employees, fostering both personal and professional growth throughout the organization
The successful candidate will be a hands-on, forward-thinking leader who values people and culture as much as execution and results.
- 10+ years of progressive plant or operations management experience in a fast-paced food, beverage, or consumer-oriented manufacturing environment
- Experience operating in complex, branded environments; exposure to private label production is a plus
- Proven success managing seasonality, fluctuating demand, and multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong business acumen, quantitative and analytical skills, and sound operational judgment
- Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, quality systems, production planning, and technical processes
- Demonstrated knowledge of Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement methodologies
- Track record of building, engaging, and developing high-performing teams
- Ability to anticipate challenges, proactively resolve issues, and lead change while respecting organizational history and culture
- A leadership style that balances accountability with approachability and hands‑on involvement
