Aerotek - - Responsibilities:
Operate a designated production cell to take rubber automotive components through the full molding and production cycle;
Prepare molding tools by placing metal rings into 24–48 slots on a flat metal tool with handles, ensuring each slot is correctly filled;
Load prepared molding tools into the machine by flipping the tool into position and start the molding process according to standard operating procedures;
Maintain a steady workflow by managing 2–3 tools or batches at a time, including one tool being filled, one in the machine, and one being inspected;
Remove molding tools from the machine once the cycle is complete and use an air brush to cool the molded rubber products safely and efficiently
