Technician, Maintenance

Responsibilities

• MUST train on 1st shift 5am - 3:30pm
• MUST be available to work overtime when needed
• Sign‑on Bonus $1000
• Mechanical and electrical knowledge, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Experience working with maintenance of various plant equipment including conveyor, drives, belts, pneumatic, electric controls, compressed air systems and other similar equipment.
• Able to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow established safety rules and regulations.
• Assist line operators in setup and sanitation process.
• Respond to emergencies and notify management immediately of all issues.
• Startup and shutdown of plant utilities.
• Refer to operational manuals for safety, operation and spare parts for all machines.
• Maintain and manage spare parts, consumables to minimize downtime and support operations.
• Works directly with management for operation efficiencies and continuous improvement.
• Perform minor building, HVAC, electrical and any other maintenance duties requested by management.

• High School/GED or better.
