Metal Control Coordinator

Responsibilities- Oversee the customer refining stream, managing the receipt, inspection and tracking of refining materials.
- Coordinate daily priorities with production and supply chain to ensure efficient workflow and working capital management.
- Track refining lot progress and communicate status, issues and timelines to stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate documentation, weighing and recording of all metal transactions.
- Prepare and manage materials and documentation for external processing.
- Support metal control activities including inventory movements, cycle counts and loss/gain investigations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in supply chain within a manufacturing environment, with exposure to inventory or shipping processes.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across production, logistics and commercial teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems such as MRP platforms.
- Good problem solving, prioritization and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy, quality and safety standards.
