2nd Shift Springfield Tech-train Days Details:
- Temp-to-Hire Position
- $ 17.00 / Hour
- Full Time Work Available
- Second Shift (Monday Through Friday From 05:00pm To 03:30am)
- Set Up And Operate Springfield Injection Molding Machinery.
- Monitor Production Processes To Ensure Efficiency And Product Quality
- Perform Mold Changes And Machine Changeovers.
- Troubleshoot Equipment And Process Issues To Minimize Downtime.
- Use Hand And Pneumatic Tools, Drills, Peelers, And Other Production Equipment.
2nd Shift Springfield Tech-train Days
Qualifications:
- Ability To Read And Write English.
- Mechanical Aptitude And Troubleshooting Skills.
- Experience With Injection Molding Preferred.
- Experience Performing Mold Changes Preferred.
- Ability To Safely Use Hand And Power Tools.
- Ability To Perform Heavy Lifting And Repetitive Motion Tasks.
- Train On Day Shift Then Move To 2nd Shift
- Applicant May Be Subject To A Background Check
- Pre-Employment Drug Screen Is Required As A Condition Of Employment
