Production Assembly Associate

The Manufacturing Assembly Associate is responsible for process monitoring and optimization, quality control, documentation and reporting, equipment maintenance, training and support, continuous improvement, and compliance and safety.

• Apply analytical skills: analyze data and processes to identify improvement areas and implement effective solutions.
• Teamwork: work effectively independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
• Technical proficiency: familiarity with production equipment, software systems, and relevant technologies.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to follow approved work instructions with attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products, Microsoft Excel, and email.

• Previous laboratory work experience, especially in an FDA/ISO regulated manufacturing environment.

• Will be traveling to Miami, FL to train for at least 8 to 12 weeks.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Using material handling equipment including hoists, hoist inspections to move parts and skids, lifting up to 50 lbs, bending, stooping, walking.
• Target hire date:
  July 13th, 2026.
• Miami training: 7/20/2026‑9/21/2026 (8 weeks).
• PTO break:
  Sept 28th – Oct 2nd.
