Location: Middlebury
Aerotek - - Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and adjust CNC milling machines and lathes, including CNC Haas machining centers, to produce precision components.;
Perform machine setup activities such as change outs, offsets, and tooling adjustments to support efficient production.;
Operate and monitor a range of equipment including surface grinders, milling machines, lathes, drill presses, belt sanders, saws, hoists, clamps, and forklifts when necessary.;
Read and interpret complex blueprints, including prints with up to 100 dimensions, to ensure parts meet all specified requirements.;
Inspect parts using precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify adherence to tight tolerances up to +/- .005.
