Manufacturing Associate – First Shift
LocationFremont, IN
ScheduleFirst Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Pay$16.00 per hour. Voluntary overtime.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to join our team at our Fremont, Indiana facility. This is a first shift position in a quiet, clean production environment.
Key Responsibilities- Operate an industrial serger sewing machine
- Assemble parts according to specifications
- Cut raw materials to required lengths
- Package finished goods for shipment
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety and quality standards
- Ability to operate or learn to operate industrial sewing equipment
- Basic mechanical or manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Attention to detail and quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- $16.00 per hour starting pay
- Consistent first shift schedule 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
- Voluntary overtime opportunities
