We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team in the energy industry. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with a strong background in production and operations management, committed to ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently. • Oversee daily operations in the production department to ensure that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Implement and maintain 5S principles to optimize productivity and safety in the workplace.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all production goals are met in a timely and cost‑effective manner.
• Develop and implement production schedules, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
• Train, mentor, and supervise production staff, fostering a team environment that encourages continuous improvement and high performance.
• Enforce all company policies and procedures, as well as compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Manage resources effectively to meet production targets while minimizing waste and downtime.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair activities to ensure minimal disruption to production.
• Prepare and present reports on production activities and performance to senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in the energy industry.
• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with 5S methodology.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Proficient in the use of production management software and other relevant computer applications.
• Strong understanding of safety and regulatory standards in the energy industry.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
