Production Supervisor – Energy Industry

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year
Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations in the production department to ensure that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Implement and maintain 5S principles to optimize productivity and safety in the workplace.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all production goals are met in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Develop and implement production schedules, monitor progress, and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines.
- Train, mentor, and supervise production staff, fostering a team environment that encourages continuous improvement and high performance.
- Enforce all company policies and procedures, as well as compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
- Manage resources effectively to meet production targets while minimizing waste and downtime.
- Coordinate and oversee maintenance and repair activities to ensure minimal disruption to production.
- Prepare and present reports on production activities and performance to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in the energy industry.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with 5S methodology.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in the use of production management software and other relevant computer applications.
- Strong understanding of safety and regulatory standards in the energy industry.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and efficiency.
