Shop Manager

The General Labor team member supports daily structural fabrication operations by assisting with material movement, shop organization, production processes, and other tasks needed to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

• Assist with moving, staging, loading, and unloading materials throughout the shop.
• Support material flow between production operations and work areas.
• Assist fabrication and welding team members with general production needs.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas.
• Properly use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as assigned.
• Assist with loading and unloading trucks and trailers as needed.
• Follow established safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Complete assigned tasks accurately and efficiently to help minimize production downtime.
• Communicate with the Shop Foreman and other team members regarding material, production, or safety concerns.
• Perform additional general labor and shop support duties as assigned.

• Ability to perform physically demanding work in an industrial environment.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and move materials safely.
• Willingness to learn and assist in multiple areas of structural fabrication operations.
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
