Akkodis is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineering Technician II for a 12-month contract with a client in Batesville, IN 47006 (100% Onsite).
Duration12-month contract.
Pay Rate$28-30/hr (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.)
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Test Engineering Technician to join our Manufacturing Test Engineering team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in the support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of manufacturing test systems, including Functional Circuit Test (FCT) solutions.
This position requires a strong foundation in electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Required Qualifications- Associate degree or 3+ years of relevant experience in Electronics, Engineering Technology, Computer System Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting Functional Circuit Test (FCT) systems in a manufacturing environment; medical device experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and regulatory requirements, including FDA regulations.
- Hands‑on experience using electronic test equipment (including multimeters and oscilloscopes), hand tools, soldering equipment, and assembly tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate test data, identify trends, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
