Weekend nights (12 pm - 12 am).
• Week 1:
Fri/Sat/Sun.
• Week 2:
Thurs/Fri/Sat/Sun.

• Take full ownership of the spray dryer process, managing feed tanks, pumps, fluidized bed coolers, and conveying equipment.
• Monitor production to meet exact customer specifications and perform periodic maintenance.
• Log data and maintain operational transparency in digital systems.
• Signal process deviations and flag opportunities for improvement.

• Minimum 4 years of manufacturing experience, able to operate complex automated equipment.
• Strong analytical skills to identify process improvements.
• Proficiency in managing spray dryer systems and ancillary components.
• Ability to verify raw feed against chemical specifications and monitor finished product.
• Competent in periodic inspections and hands‑on maintenance.
• Excellent organizational skills for accurate data logging.
• Team player committed to safety, quality and continuous learning.
