Production Employee Duties- Responsible for the effective piling of lumber according to grades.
- Lumber is to be stacked in neat square bundles with the correct number of layers.
- Each completed bundle must have accurate information on the lumber tags.
- Clean up duties when production is slow or has stopped and at the end of each shift.
- The selected candidate must possess the ability to work well with others.
- Must have good communication and leadership skills.
- A good attendance record is necessary and is to be maintained.
- Keen attention to detail is a must.

Frank Miller headquarters, including the log yard, sawmill, grading and drying areas, as well as the executive, sales and accounting offices, is located in east central Indiana.
