Position Summary

As a Stamping Operator, you will help produce high-quality parts by operating stamping presses and supporting equipment in a safe, efficient, and team-oriented manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do — Stop Scrolling, Read This Part

You’ll spend your day operating stamping presses, inspecting parts, handling materials, and helping keep production moving safely and efficiently.

  • Operate stamping presses and related equipment to meet quality and production goals.
  • Load coils, start strips, and support die setup activities following work instructions.
  • Inspect parts using measuring tools and gauges to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Move materials and finished parts using pallet jacks and approved material handling equipment.
  • Assist tooling personnel with die maintenance activities.
  • Monitor and adjust die protection devices and safety systems.
  • Support equipment setup, including feeders, straighteners, conveyors, lubrication systems, and related equipment.
  • Operate overhead cranes and other approved equipment as trained.
  • Record production information accurately in Plex and other required systems.
  • Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities and follow standard work instructions.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area using 5S principles.
  • Assist with training and knowledge sharing as needed.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Work overtime or flexible schedules when business needs require.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma, HSE, or GED preferred. Manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
  • Ability to learn machine operation, quality inspection, and production systems.
  • Forklift/tow motor and overhead crane experience is a plus.
  • Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail are beneficial.
