Own safe and reliable production as a Production Operator – Redissolve Operator at Selko (Trouw Nutrition), a Nutreco company. Help deliver high‑quality feed additives safely, efficiently, and sustainably.

• Own safe and efficient operation of reactor systems and supporting equipment, ensuring production meets quality and safety standards.
• Operate automated production equipment, monitor process performance, complete routine inspections and maintenance tasks, and accurately document production activities.
• Identify deviations and improvement opportunities to contribute to operational excellence and reliability.

• Experience as a production or manufacturing operator; automated equipment experience is an asset.
• Forklift experience is an asset.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including bending and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to develop a working knowledge of process chemistry.
• Availability to work scheduled weekend night shifts.
