- Monday–Friday
2nd
- Monday–Friday (2:00 PM–10:00 PM or 3:00 PM–11:00 PM)
3rd
- Sunday–Thursday (10:00 PM–6:00 AM or 11:00 PM–7:00 AM)
- Operate a designated production cell throughout the manufacturing process.
- Load and prepare molding tools with metal rings.
- Place molds into machinery and monitor production cycles.
- Remove finished products, cool parts, and prepare them for inspection.
- Perform visual quality inspections for defects such as air bubbles, tears, or imperfections.
- Sort, count, weigh, and package finished products.
- Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
- Follow all safety, quality, and production standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ability to stand for an entire shift.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs repeatedly throughout the workday.
- Ability to read and understand English.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to safely follow manufacturing procedures and workplace policies.
- Must be comfortable working in a repetitive production environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Morristown, IN 46161.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $23.55 - $23.55/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
