Shearer’s Foods seeks a Packaging Machine Operator to run and change over 3–5 packaging machines, ensuring efficiency and quality. You will monitor product quality, collect data, and follow recipes and procedures throughout the shift.
You must communicate changes to the team and supervision, adapt to QA directions, and may work weekends or overtime. Lifting up to 60 lbs and long hours are required.
