Production Operator - 3rd Shift

This position is located at 6457 Fly Road, East Syracuse, NY 13057. It is an overnight position working Monday - Friday, 11:00 p‑m to 7:30 a‑m. The incumbent may need to train on 1st‑shift hours.

• Read and interpret shop order to verify that all previous operations were completed, verify count, and verify quality
• Perform basic preventative maintenance on equipment
• Strict compliance to all safety and quality guidelines
• Follow dispatch as required while making allowances for schedule changes to accommodate hot orders and customer requirements
• Work closely with others in a team environment

• Ability to follow written instructions in English including customer standards, blueprints, and shop control documents
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English to the degree necessary to perform the job

• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds without straining
• Ability to stand throughout shift

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Previous experience in process and/or printed circuit board manufacturing is a plus
• Knowledge and/or previous experience in the use of circuit board terminology
• Previous experience in the use of CNC machinery, measurement and inspection tools to include magnification, scopes, eye loops, calipers, gauges, etc.
• Knowledge and experience of Lean Principles and/or continuous improvement preferred

Compensation ranges for this role vary depending on a wide array of factors, including skill sets, experience and training, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $36,214 - $57,241.

Additional compensation:
An annual or quarterly company bonus may apply based on position assignment. Positions hired for alternative shift may be eligible for a shift premium based on the assigned shift and location.

Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC, including but not limited to: a) identifying ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understanding that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents; b) recognition of foreign person visitors by badge differentiation;

c) understanding and following authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL); d) understanding the Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US; e) managing vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services.
