This is where my hands make life-sustaining products. Responsible for the proper performance and quality of a wide range of metal fabrication operations in the department. Set-up and operate a variety of machines and equipment. Responsible for utilizing people, machines, methods and materials to achieve quality, cost, delivery and safety objectives. Fill in for absences when necessary.
Your TeamYou will be part of a hands-on manufacturing team responsible for metal fabrication operations, working closely with supervisors, operators, and support functions to ensure production goals are met. The team focuses on maintaining quality, efficiency, and safety while supporting daily production needs.
What You'll Be DoingParticipate in team activities and problem solving sessions as required. Communicate problems and/or solutions to appropriate team member. Must follow all processes and procedures as written. As needed, document and/or chart production data to aid in problem identification, quality feedback and production scheduling. Assist other team members in their duties to ensure a quality product and smooth flow.
- High School Diploma or (GED) General Education Degree
- Must pass Flex-Force Test and Machine Set-Up Test
- Must have current, valid driver's license and pass tow motor physical.

To that end, this position has a salary pay rate of $29.09, plus shift differential for off shifts. The pay rate is based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
