Job Overview
Trillium Staffing is hiring Production Workers/Packers for a 1st shift in Middlebury, Indiana. Working hours are Monday–Thursday 5:00 am – 4:00 pm with Fridays off. Pay is $16.50/hour. Positions are temp‑to‑hire with potential advancement and benefits once hired.
Responsibilities- Unload and pack finished product from the line.
- Perform repetitive line work, bending, twisting, and lifting up to 20 lbs.
- Verifiable stable work history.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced repetitive environment.
- Reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass pre‑employment screenings.
Weekly pay while temporary; benefits become available once hired.
