Molding Operator - Day Shift

7:00 am – 7:30 pm on scheduled workdays.

• Obtain empty cartons from conveyor or other sources.
• Inspect packaged products based on customer specifications and requirements.
• Grind all clean scrap and rejected caps generated by the machines for which they are responsible.

• Ability to read effectively while performing job duties and determine whether the product meets quality standards.
• Work well in a fast‑paced environment and maintain composure under pressure.
• Accurately perceive and identify differences in colors and shadings.
