pay range: up to $32 per hour (doe) with a 10% differential for 2nd and 3rd shift positions.

required skills/knowledge:

• dependable
• operate cnc mill/turn machines
• blueprint reading and gd&t knowledge
• make offsets and work positions to meet print tolerance
• use of micrometers, calipers, renishaw probes, and optical comparators
• follow quality procedures
• basic math and computer skills
• knowledge of removing burrs
• three (3) plus years' experience
• shift: 2nd and 3rd / 8 hour shifts / overtime optional when available

additional skills:

• ability to set up cnc mills from start to finish including prepping of tools
• ability to read and understand m and g codes
• use of fanuc and siemens controls
• experience with full 5-axis vertical mills
• trouble shoot machining processes and work-holding
• operate multiple machines at one time

physical requirements:

• lift 40 lbs. Occasionally
• standing for prolonged periods of time
• 20/20 vision with correction
