Kit Production Assistant IA

Labcorp is seeking a Kit Production Assistant I to join our team in Indianapolis, IN.

Work Schedule:

Rotating Schedule 6am-6pm.

• Adhere to all company training, policies, procedures and perform all departmental and interdepartmental SOPs as written.
• Generate an appropriate audit trail of all activities and maintain own training file and required documentation.
• Maintain high productivity and quality standards.
• Alert management of any potential quality issues.
• Ensure work areas are kept clean and all safety measures are being followed.
• Work in a high volume and high production environment, performing repetitive motion via labeling tubes and using computer terminals.
• Stand for long periods of time.

• High School Diploma.
• One year work experience may be substituted for diploma.

• Three months experience in Labcorp Kit Production.

• Ability to work in the following environment: repetitive motion via computers, scanners, and containers; labeling tubes and using computer terminals.
• High volume and high production environment.
• Ability to stand long periods of time in one place.
• Repetitive lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Strong detail orientation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
