Labcorp is seeking a Kit Production Assistant I to join our team in Indianapolis, IN.
Work Schedule:
Rotating Schedule 6am-6pm.
- Adhere to all company training, policies, procedures and perform all departmental and interdepartmental SOPs as written.
- Generate an appropriate audit trail of all activities and maintain own training file and required documentation.
- Maintain high productivity and quality standards.
- Alert management of any potential quality issues.
- Ensure work areas are kept clean and all safety measures are being followed.
- Work in a high volume and high production environment, performing repetitive motion via labeling tubes and using computer terminals.
- Stand for long periods of time.
- High School Diploma.
- One year work experience may be substituted for diploma.
- Three months experience in Labcorp Kit Production.
- Ability to work in the following environment: repetitive motion via computers, scanners, and containers; labeling tubes and using computer terminals.
- High volume and high production environment.
- Ability to stand long periods of time in one place.
- Repetitive lifting up to 30 pounds.
- Strong detail orientation.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
