3rd Shift Floater​/Machine Operator - Huntingburg

Machine Operators (Night shift) must be able to operate machines, read and understand production schedules, operate a forklift, and band loads. They are required to perform all TPM requirements, use 6S principles to organize the work area, conduct quality checks to meet Critical to Quality elements, and wear applicable personal protective equipment. They must work at a productive rate, maintain quality, and perform all other duties as assigned.

• Ability to read measurements, work, and calculate numbers
• Ability to use handheld tools (pallet jacks, pneumatic staple guns, industrial hot glue guns, power drills)
• Must be 18 years of age, have reliable transportation, and be willing to work overtime as needed
• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred
• Previous experience in assembly or a production‑oriented environment preferred
• Selected candidates will be evaluated for additional production‑related roles based on business needs
• Ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and move materials up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk up to an entire shift (10–12 hours)
