Location: Indianapolis
Labcorp is seeking a Kit Production Assistant I to join our team in Indianapolis, IN.
Job OverviewWork Schedule:
Rotating Schedule 6pm-6am
- Adhere to all company training, policies, procedures, and departmental and interdepartmental SOPs.
- Generate an appropriate audit trail of all activities and maintain own training file and required documentation.
- Ensure attention to detail and maintain high productivity and quality standards.
- Alert management of any potential quality issues.
- Keep work areas clean and ensure all safety measures are followed.
- Work in a high volume and high production environment.
- Perform repetitive motion tasks such as labeling tubes and operating computer terminals.
- Stand for extended periods of time.
- High School Diploma.
- One year work experience may be substituted for the diploma.
- Three months experience in Labcorp Kit Production.
- Repetitive motion via computers, scanners and containers.
- Repetitive motion via labeling tubes and computer terminals.
- High volume and high production environment.
- Ability to stand long periods of time in one place.
- Repetitive lifting up to 30 pounds.
- Strong detail orientation.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Employees scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week: comprehensive benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), PTO or FTO, Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
- Employees scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees: eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan only.
Pay Range: All job offers will be based on the candidate’s skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data.
