Supervisor – Operations

This role supports Lilly's commitment to delivering life‑changing medicines by ensuring high quality, safety, and productivity in the Indianapolis Parenteral Manufacturing facility.

• Provide direction, coaching, and technical development for manufacturing employees in Formulation and Equipment Preparation.
• Instill a Safety First and Quality Always mindset in the production area.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, production, sanitization, gowning, and other policies and procedures; verify operators are adequately trained.
• Own implementation of countermeasures for audits, observations, inspection findings, and deviations.
• Participate in operations planning, coordinating with upstream and downstream processes to secure materials and equipment for future orders.
• Escalate issues to Process Team Leader, Operations Associate, and Process Team members as necessary.
• Coach, develop, and evaluate operator performance; act as both technical and administrative leader.
• Execute shop‑floor activities in line with the business plan, GMP conformance, and OSSCE standards; maintain floor presence and engage in procedure adherence.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of parenteral operations experience (prior aseptic experience preferred).
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and supporting all HSE corporate and site goals.

Position is in D‑Shift (night) on a 12‑hour shift structure (3‑2‑2‑3) with work required every other weekend. Flexibility for meetings on other shifts and potential overtime is required. Allergen exposure and mobility requirements must be considered.
