Location: Montezuma
Superior Hardwoods, one of the largest sawmills in Indiana, seeks a Saw Shop Head Filer for first or second shift. This full-time, permanent role offers opportunities to lead the filer team and ensure precision in band saw maintenance.
You will sharpen, repair, bench and level band saws, maintain shop equipment, troubleshoot, and follow safety/environmental policies. Prior head filer experience preferred; band mill alignment experience is a plus.
