Packer Night Shift

Pay Rate: $17.00/hour

Schedule:

12-hour rotating shifts (EOWEO)7:30 AM – 7:30 PM or 7:30 PM – 7:30 AM

Inteplast is seeking dependable Packaging Technicians/Packers to safely operate packaging equipment, package finished products, maintain quality standards, and support production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Operate and maintain packaging equipment including bagging machines, heat sealers, labelers, conveyors, palletizers, and packing cranes.
• Package, wrap, label, and inspect finished products according to company specifications.
• Prepare and replenish packaging materials and supplies.
• Print and attach pallet labels and move finished pallets to designated locations.
• Assist with production line startup and shutdown.
• Maintain production, packaging, and inventory records.
• Perform quality inspections and ensure products meet company standards.
• Follow all safety procedures, GMP regulations, and company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Operate pallet jacks and use hand tools as needed.
• Assist in other production areas as assigned.

• Previous packaging or manufacturing experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and basic computer knowledge.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Must pass pre‑employment screening.

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend, twist, reach, push, and pull throughout a 12‑hour shift.
• Climb stairs and ladders as needed.
• Work in hot, cold, and noisy manufacturing environments.
• Wear steel‑toe shoes and required PPE.
