Spray Line Operator – General Labor
Shift: 1st shift, Monday – Thursday, 6:30am – 2:30pm. Pay: $16.10 per hour.
We are currently seeking dependable, hardworking individuals for General Labor Spray Line Operator positions. All new hires are brought in under a general labor classification and cross‑trained in multiple areas of production.
Responsibilities- Load and unload parts onto a conveyor line for powder coating.
- Prepare materials for the spray process.
- Monitor the production line and ensure smooth workflow.
- Perform basic quality checks and inspections.
- Assemble and pack finished goods.
- Operate production line equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift and handle parts throughout the shift.
- Willingness to learn multiple areas of production.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
