2nd Shift Assembler

Job Summary

Performs operations to prepare substrates for Parylene coating, including cleaning, surface preparation, and masking. After the coating process, performs demasking, inspection and packaging.

2nd shift (3pm – 11:30pm). Pay: $18.00.

Location:

Park 100 Area.

• Follows the designated processes, work instructions, and Manufacturing Standard Procedures.
• Performs cleaning and preparation of customer product for masking and/or coating process using basic cleaning/preparatory techniques.
• Demonstrates competency in Latex Masking and Scalpel Blade demasking using precision dispense equipment, a stereo microscope, scalpel blade, templates, and coupons.
• Performs masking/demasking and inspection tasks using methods and materials as specified in the designated process with small hand and power tools, microscope, and other support equipment.
• Complies with Electrostatic Discharge handling requirements when appropriate.
• Performs fixturing/defixturing of parts and assemblies.
• Properly inspects, disassembles, cleans, refurbishes, and reassembles coating fixtures.

• Very flexible work schedule.
• Training can be up to 3 months with potential pay increase at that time.
• Sit‑down desk job.
