Job Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor glass extrusion equipment
• Set up machines and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality standards
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure specifications are met
• Load raw materials and monitor production flow
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
• Keep work area clean and organized
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Work closely with team members to meet daily production goals

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and be cross-trained
