General Production Operators
Our client in Switz City, IN is seeking General Production Operators to join their Harvest Operations team. The ideal candidate will be dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a physical, fast-paced environment.

Location:
Switz City, IN
Pay Range: $19.50/hour (shift differentials available)
Shift: Various shifts including 1st, 2nd and 3rd shifts, 8 hours per shift
What's the Job?
- Support crop inspection, maintenance, and inventory management during peak seasons
- Operate equipment such as forklifts, dryers, and packaging machinery safely and efficiently
- Assist with seed processing, labeling, packaging, and warehousing activities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas following safety standards
- Participate in seasonal harvest and packaging operations, adapting to changing schedules
What's Needed?
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 60 pounds and standing on concrete all day
- Ability to read and write in English and operate basic computer functions
- Reliable transportation to the work site and punctual attendance
- Steel-toe boots and safety gear as required
- Willingness to work long hours, including overtime and rotational shifts
