Job Title:
Production Laborer - 2nd or 3rd Shift
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and physically capable Production Laborer for a position in our production facility. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the production process, handling finished products, and contributing to the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the work area and machinery. This role requires commitment to safety and the ability to perform rigorous physical tasks in a non-climate-controlled environment.
Training:
Initial training will be conducted on the 1st shift, from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, for a period of up to one month. The total duration for 1st shift training, including orientation and computer trainings, is estimated to be approximately 5 weeks.
Work Environment &
Physical Requirements:
- Work is performed in a non-climate-controlled production facility.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
- Requires engagement in moderate to heavy physical activity, including frequent walking.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 55 pounds regularly.
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling of parts and part containers are essential functions of the job.
- Dress Code: A warehouse/production environment dress code applies. Safety Toe Shoes (STS) are required at all times.
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing or Production experience (not warehouse). Construction experience a plus
- Sit down forklift experience a plus
- Clear background (7 years)
- Will drug test (including THC)
- Must have solid work history
